You are agreeing not to extract, copy, duplicate, use or otherwise separate any Content that you do not own from a video or any product that You will or have downloaded from the Site for any purpose;
You are agreeing that the Content may only be used, published, distributed or otherwise exhibited only through digital mediums and formats (and that You are prevented from engaging in such activities through so-called broadcast mediums and formats) and
You are agreeing not to remove, alter, change or otherwise adapt any digital fingerprints from videos.
By uploading movie and sound films, images, logos, graphics, digital media, and any other format of media hereafter developed (collectively, the "Content") to Morpheus, I warrant and represent that I am fully authorized to use the Content for the purposes herewith, and that I understand and acknowledge and hereby release and hold harmless Coldwell Banker, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliated companies, independent contractors, advertising and promotion agencies, web hosting and service and fulfillment providers, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims on the grounds that anything in the Content or the advertising, promotion or publicity related thereto, or exploitation thereof, violated any of my rights or the rights of any such third party, including, but not limited to violations of infringement upon any United States or foreign patent, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary rights of any third party. I will indemnify the Released Parties from and against any liability, claims, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising from or relating to any breach of any warranty herein, and at Coldwell Banker's request, I agree to defend the Coldwell Banker and its subsidiaries and affiliates against the same at my sole expense.
